Réka Gregóczki,

Réka Gregóczki (1991) graduated in 2019 from the University of Pécs with a degree in painting and in visual art  with a teaching qualification. In 2016, she studied in Rome with a Campus Mundi scholarship. Since 2016 she has been working on projects with local history research. One of her central theme is the Holocaust, within that, events affecting Jews living in Serbian territories. Her art practice typically involves video/ video installations, for which she also creates audio content.  Her works include the appearance of scarcity, memory policy, and the ways of using archival materials for artistic purposes. In the course of the work process she often collaborates with professionals from other disciplines such as: ethnographers, sociologists, historians.
