Passover Seder at Auróra

On April 12, 2025, we celebrated the Passover Seder together at the Auróra Community Center. Under the guidance of Ádám Schönberger, traditional storytelling was interwoven with contemporary forms – including slam poetry and elements of gastro-theatre – creating an evening that was both reflective and playful. The musical accompaniment was provided by singer-guitarist Dávid Lamm.

The festive table featured the traditional seder plate, matzah, and of course, the four cups of wine – all complemented by a delicious three-course dinner.

We also made sure to include the younger participants: led by Fruzsi Kovai, the children created their own performance, while the adults followed the steps of the seder in a separate room. Though the evening lasted into the night, we hope all generations left with meaningful experiences and joyful memories.
