Anikó Félix is a Sociologist, received her PhD in Sociology from Eötvös Lóránd Science University, Budapest, Hungary in 2019. Her main fields of expertise are the contemporary far right movements, subculture and parties with a huge focus on their gender aspect, right-wing populism and antisemitism. She presented the results of her research at international conferences and in the media, published articles in Hungarian and in English in academic journals and books.
Currently, she is working for the World Jewish Congress as an advisor and helping the preparation of a research institute founded by the Federation of Hungarian Jewish Communities (MAZSIHISZ), where she will serve as executive director. Previously she was the leader of the Jewish Culture 2028 project but she also worked for other NGO-s where she led research projects and also education (drama pedagogy, informal education) and cultural initiatives that many times related to the Jewish community and/or culture.
